Rocket City EDDM was started by Ben and Mikaela Hartman with one simple goal: help local businesses stay visible in the communities they serve.

After moving to Huntsville from Arizona, we quickly fell in love with the culture of the South – especially all the incredible small local businesses that make this area feel so unique and connected. Everywhere we went, we saw passionate business owners building something meaningful for their families and communities.

We also realized many of those businesses needed a stronger local voice and more affordable ways to consistently stay in front of nearby households. That’s what inspired Rocket City EDDM.

Ben is an engineer by trade (pretty standard for Huntsville), entrepreneur by night, and husband and father first. He’s always loved building things — whether that’s products, businesses, systems, or ideas that help people succeed.

Mikaela is a wife, momma, and previously worked as a hospice chaplain, spending years helping families through some of life’s hardest moments. So naturally… starting a direct mail marketing business was the obvious next step. 😉

Together, we wanted to create something local, practical, and genuinely valuable for Huntsville-area businesses. Rocket City EDDM combines affordable advertising with recurring community visibility — helping businesses stay consistently in front of nearby homes month after month.

At the end of the day, we simply love helping good people grow good businesses.
