Important Deadlines
Ad Approval Deadline: Final ad approval is required 3 weeks before the targeted mailing week.
Payment Deadline: Payment is required 2 weeks before the targeted mailing week.
Target Mailing Schedule: Mailers are targeted to be mailed during the first week of each month.
Mailing dates may vary slightly due to USPS processing, route availability, print production timing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of Rocket City EDDM’s control.
Advertisement Approval
All advertisements must be approved by the customer before printing. Once an advertisement is approved, Rocket City EDDM is not responsible for errors, typos, outdated offers, incorrect contact information, or missing details that were included in the approved design.
Payment & Placement
Ad placement is reserved once payment is received. Placement availability is limited and may be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid placements are not guaranteed.
Design Revisions
Initial ad design is available for a one-time design fee. Minor changes may be included at Rocket City EDDM’s discretion. Larger updates, redesigns, or future ad changes may require an additional revision fee.
Mailing Area
Rocket City EDDM selects USPS routes based on participating businesses, local targeting goals, and route availability. Routes may rotate monthly to help reach additional neighborhoods while staying local to the businesses being featured.
Business Category Exclusivity
Rocket City EDDM aims to avoid placing direct competitors on the same mailer. Category exclusivity is based on Rocket City EDDM’s reasonable discretion and may depend on the type of business, services offered, and advertising area.
Customer-Provided Materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, photos, trademarks, offers, claims, or other materials submitted for their advertisement.
No Guaranteed Results
Rocket City EDDM provides advertising design, printing, and mailing services. While direct mail can increase visibility and brand recognition, specific results such as calls, leads, sales, or revenue are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before the ad approval deadline. Once the mailer has entered final design, print preparation, or production, payments may be non-refundable due to costs already incurred.
