How many homes receive the mailer?
Each month, our mailers reach approximately 5,000 local addresses throughout the Huntsville metro area. Depending on USPS route selection, distribution may reach up to 5,500 addresses including homes, apartments, condos, and townhomes — while maintaining a minimum target of 5,000 addresses per campaign.
What areas do you distribute to?
We primarily target USPS routes surrounding participating businesses to keep advertising highly local and relevant. Based on the businesses included on each mailer, routes may expand across nearby neighborhoods throughout the Huntsville metro area. Routes rotate and branch into additional local neighborhoods over time while still staying centered around the businesses being featured.
Do you design the advertisement for me?
Yes! We’re happy to professionally design your advertisement for you. If you already have a completed design, we can also provide sizing specifications so your advertisement properly fits the mailer layout.
What do I need to provide for my ad?
Typically, the most important items are your logo, business name, phone number, website/email/address (depending on the business), and a strong offer or call-to-action. Clear business information and a compelling offer usually produce the best results.
Can I use my own logo and photos?
Absolutely. In fact, we strongly encourage businesses to use their own logos, branding, and photos whenever possible. We’ll simply ensure everything is properly formatted and optimized for the mailer design.
Can I make changes to my advertisement later?
Of course. Advertisement updates and revisions can be made at any time. Small changes may incur a minor revision fee, although simple edits are often waived.
Is space limited on each mailer?
Yes. Placement availability is limited on each monthly mailer and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

A homeowner may not immediately need your service, but because the mailer contains multiple useful local businesses, it’s more likely to stay on the counter, refrigerator, or desk. Will my competitors appear on the same mailer?
No. We do not place direct competitors on the same mailer. Your business category remains exclusive within each edition to help maximize visibility and reduce competition for attention.
How often are mailers sent out?
Mailers are distributed monthly during the first week of each month. The goal is recurring local visibility, allowing businesses to stay consistently in front of nearby households with updated offers, promotions, and events.
